Amazing visit

Great sports pub with fast, friendly barstaff! Wood burning pizza oven and large menu! Indoor and outdoor seating and reasonable prices!

When the excitement of the old town get to much come and wind down here under the colorful umbrellas. One of the best Poutins I had in Quebec. Very nice vibe on a sunny day sitting outside watching 'the world' walking past you. A lot of tourist (like us) visiting this time of the year. A lot to see and do in the area and can keep you busy for a long time.

Loved the place and the vibe!! Very friendly staff. They have good prices for pint (5 CAD) during happy hour. Great food as well.

Had a fantastic experience here. Just stopped for a drink and an appetizer and had great service and the best charcuterie board my wife and I have ever had. The location also has the umbrella art installation right above it on the street.

Food was amazing at a good price. I highly recommend the onion soup and poutine du chalet.It would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that nobody welcomed us. We standed at the entrance to be seated until we decided to enter the restaurant to signal our presence and be seated because nobody came after a few minutes.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience in this pub. Amazing service with a great happy hour with considerably cheap pints and really good food. I totally recommend the cheese pizza and the burger they offer. They miss a bit of variety in the menu, but it is amazing how good the food is.It was also really fun to end the happy hour with fire around the bar.

Very friendly staff with quick service. The meat was excellent and the salmon tartar was pretty good. The touch of adding some grilled lettuce to the salad dishes was a very pleasant surprise.

In a word, Fantastic! Very nice decor, very friendly and professional staff, and one of the best pizza's I've ever had. I can't wait to go back.

Asked the waitress to surprise us with a drink and she brought a black velvet, I had never heard of it and quite enjoyed it! Menu was incredible and so was food and staff. One of the most attractive pubs I've ever been to!

Must go! The Chorizo Pizza was the best pizza my husband and I have ever had. And the poutine was superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hand down a great Quebec experience!

Charming place to get good drinks and good food! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Easily one of the best onion soups I've ever had. They do this really cool thing where if you buy a certain round of shots, they 🔥 up the bar!

The food is delicious. Warm and inviting atmosphere. It feels like a chalet in the Swiss Alpes. Their soups and pizzas are phenomenal. Staff is friendly and nice. Every time we visit Quebec City we make sure to come here.

False advertising. Went there for the bûcheron burger and got there and it was only a summer burger but it was still advertised on line. It was very cold as well. Had to keep my jacket and tuque.

Went here to watch an American football game, staff was happy to put the game on for us!! Fried pickles, caesar salad and some drinks all were good!

Our server was outstanding - friendly and knowledgeable. Her English was far better than our French and she very graciously spoke in English with us. The local beer was good. Our meal selections included French onion soup, macaroni & cheese, poutine and a cheeseburger. Except for the poutine, everything was terrific. The poutine seemed to have cooled off a bit before it was served, had congealed, and its cheese curds were rather tasteless.

Get the duck wings with soy maple! Cozy place! Highly recommend.

Creative cuisine, we checked a few restaurants before we decide to eat here. Sitting at their terrasse, it was very relaxing. We had deer burger and pulled pork pizza, very satisfying greasy food, the salad on the side was really good too! And they have raspberry cider, amazing taste. We like this place.

We stopped in here for an afternoon lunch last June as we trekked 3 months across wonderful Canada. It was a very nice historic setting in the old downtown Quebec City close to the waterfront and umbrella street. We couldn't have been more happy. Our server, was quite busy but attentive, courteous and friendly. Doris started with a glass of Red Sangria while I went with a pint of a cold draft Lager Beer. We split a delicious Margherita Pizza. Our total bill came to $ 45 CAD ($ 37 USD). Very enjoyable and such a beautiful, sunny and warm summer day!Kindly click the like button if this review or my photos are useful.

The service was very attentive, the food was excellent. Ordered a local beer and a burger. I would say this is the best burger I have had in this town. People are very sincere and honest. The restaurants are very short handed which could lead to slow service in busy periods, get over a it. Good people, good food and a great atmosphere all around.

Great pub to stop in at. Had dinner, food was great but highlight was bar tender Dominic, very friendly, best service we had in Quebec. Would return and highly rate.

We enjoyed a late, leisurely dinner last night with our two children. The food and pricing was excellent. We had the salmon special which was absolutely divine and the creme brûlée which was to die for. After leaving the restaurant, my daughter realized that she had accidentally left her iPod in the bathroom. She went running back and our server retrieved it from the lost and found for her with much kindness. The evening could have ended so poorly, but thanks to great staff for being honest and for helping out a young girl! She is very grateful!

The food is good but the outdoor tables need better lighting.

Everything was so good. Beer was fresh, food selection by the waiter was really nice and especially the waiter was so attentive.
